On Wednesday, March 31, 2010, the Thousand Oaks Redevelopment Agency will conduct a public scoping meeting from 6-9 p.m. in the Board Room at City Hall.
The purpose of this meeting is threefold:
- Provide an overview of the land use changes and new design standards being proposed by the Thousand Oaks Boulevard Association, which prepared the Draft Specific Plan with the assistance of the RRM Design Group.
- Provide an opportunity for the public to meet Agency staff and the EIR consultant team to answer questions about the project's potential environmental effects.
- Solicit public input regarding the proposed scope of analysis, as well as various project alternatives that have been identified.
