7th Annual Thousand Oaks Arts Festival

Come and enjoy the 7th Annual Thousand Oaks Arts Festival that is scheduled for September 10 and 11, 2010, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Thousand Oaks Civic Arts Plaza, Mary and Richard Carpenter Plaza Park, 2100 Thousand Oaks Blvd., and The Lakes at Thousand Oaks.  

The Honorary Chair of the Festival is professional artist Scott Medlock. This local resident is one of America's foremost artists in the sports world, his paintings specializing in golf, capture the human emotion involved in some of the great sporting moments of our time.   

Showcased will be art from the Festival's Chair Scott Medlock and that of actress, artist, and 2007 Honorary Festival Chair Jane Seymour.  Raffle prizes were generously donated by Scott Medlock, The Old Course, Jane Seymour, Kris Cowboy, and Pacific Night by Ron Souza, Westlake Village Art Guild member.

The Festival, which celebrates both the visual and performing arts of the area, will feature more than 60 local visual arts exhibitors, live performances, art demonstrations, and children's interactive art exhibits.
